| BOB MICKELSON bmickelson@almbuilders.com President - 27 years experience. Bob brings to ALM Builders a wealth of knowledge and experience going back to his days as yard manager of our parent company, Associated Lumber Marts. His credits include residential facilities, office buildings, and commercial remodeling. Bob was also our chief estimator for a number of years, and he also worked as our project superintendent. Bob is dedicated, hard-working, knowledgeable, and takes great pride in the projects he oversees. JIM MANN postmaster@almbuilders.com Project Supervisor - 38 years experience Jim works primarily in the field as a project supervisor, with years of experience in many different types of construction projects. Jim is extremely knowledgeable, a specialist in his field, and is skilled in seeing through to completion, every phase of a project. Jim is admired for his rapport with our subcontractors, and this has earned him an outstanding reputation in this industry. CHARLES "CAP" PETERSON postmaster@almbuilders.com Project Superintendent - 30 years experience Cap was owner of his own construction business for many years prior to coming to ALM Builders. In fact, he was the lead carpenter for quite a few of the projects that ALM Builders has done. Cap brings to ALM Builders a wealth of experience and knowledge. With his ability to see the project from both the carpenter and superintendent point of view, makes him a very effective and important part of the construction process. BRAD WENDLAND bradwendland@almbuilders.com Vice President - 14 years experience Brad is one of our sales managers and is also our chief estimator. He has seen through, from start to finish, and every aspect in between, many projects over the years, and has remarkable talents in making the process go smoothly for both the customer and the subcontractor. DAVE WILLIAMS postmaster@almbuilders.com Project Manager/Sales - 35 years experience Dave joined our parent company Associated Lumber Marts as store manager in 1988. He has a great wealth of knowledge because of his experience as store manager and is outstanding when it comes to customer service. His position with ALM Builders as Project Manager and Salesman gives Dave the opportunity to not only stay customer oriented, but to also keep close connections with our suppliers as well as our subcontactors. Dave is our "Knows where to get it and who can get it done" man, a true asset to ALM Builders. JULIE BORN postmaster@almbuilders.com Administrative - 9 years experience Julie joined ALM Builders in October of 1994. Julie maintains all our project files and is responsible for documenting and transmitting all related paperwork on all of the construction projects of ALM Builders. She is familiar with all the forms used during the construction process and constantly keeps all of our paperwork in an orderly fashion. MARK CHRISTIANSEN postmaster@almbuilders.com Company Controller - 10 years experience Mark joined ALM Builders in July 1999 and brought over six years of experience in the accounting and finance field. In 1992, he received his Bachelor of Science degree with his major in finance with his minor in accounting. Mark enjoys the variety of duties that he performs and the daily challenges that sometimes may develop. He is always willing to listen to other points of view and a great asset to ALM Builders. |
